Was a little skeptical ordering from the app given its fairly new. I ordered the Black Cat 4s Size 13 for my nephew and received an authentic pair for the best price on the market. Will be doing business with them again for sure.
Misleading pricing and zero customer service (1 star)

I downloaded this app because it claims to guarantee the lowest price by comparing itself to StockX and GOAT. I verify the asking prices they show for those competitors are accurate, but their “calculate costs with fees” button is completely misleading. The total costs they display for StockX and GOAT are significantly higher than what those platforms actually charge. It appears they are inflating competitor fees to make their own price look better.They also advertise a “ $20 off your first purchase” discount for new users, but this discount is not transparent. It doesn’t show up anywhere in the app, not even on the final checkout screen, so there’s no way to verify that it is actually applied. to make matters worse, because their final price was higher than the competitors (even if the mystery $20 discount was applied), I contacted their live chat support. After several days with no response, I texted them a screenshot of the ignored message. They didn’t respond to that either.This app feels like a bait and switch. They misrepresent competitor pricing to look like the best deal, and they completely ignore customers who point it out. I cannot trust this platform.
