Over 12 new features, improvements, and bug fixes. For Agencies, see the new "Substitute Availability" page in your navigation menu for an easy-to-use view of each substitute's schedule, time off, prior, and future jobs. Agencies can also now adjust check-in/out times on Completed jobs.

Our new "Automated Placement" feature allows Agencies to let Alliance CARE select the most suitable substitute for each placement request automatically, offer them the job, and then "move down the list" to find a substitute if anyone declines the offer.

Agency User can search their Chat Conversation List for a specific conversation. Fixed an issue with Provider Self-Enrollment. Added reporting for providers, added Report Output Format dropdown so that users can get both PDF and Excel formats of reports.

Integrated chat messages for Agency Users to communicate with Provider Uses, or Substitute Teachers. Push Messages to both mobile devices and web browsers to keep users informed of received chat messages.

Self-enrollment was added for both childcare providers and substitute teachers. The Agency must provide their Enrollment Code to the provider or substitute before they can self-enroll.

New map, phone and email links for the Sub Teacher on the Job information sheet. Fixed Sub accidentally checking in/out when not intended. Allow Sub to delete check-in/out times.

Mobile User Interface improvements for Agency and Provider users. Substitute users cannot be deleted, only inactivated. Inactivated users can be re-activated.
