Can’t update info
Trying to change phone number and profile pic, but the pic just turns into a blank circle (maybe because there are no “crop” and “scale” options), and when I try to hit [save changes] it pops up a little toast notification that says “no changes were found” or something to that effect.
I haven’t received my paycheck
I’ve been working at my job nearly 2 weeks and have gone through almost 2 pay periods without a paycheck simply because Alliance HCM won’t help. My manager has reached out multiple times and every time they give her more steps to complete for me to receive my temporary password and user so I can actually login to my app and start my daily pay. I am very upset and disappointed. I have reached out to the support team and each time they either don’t answer or say they will call me back in a day but I never hear anything back then either. They make the phone calls very rushed and I understand they have other problems to accommodate but if they can’t handle the amount of business they are getting they need to find a solution or not have a business at all. I am so frustrated and I just want my paycheck. I would not recommend this app to any corporations trying to find a pay place this one is terrible.
Excellent App!
Love it! But please add system dark and light mode. I have my light mode to change to dark around 6pm can you maybe put a system dark/light mode setting so it switches automatically? Also.. can we get widget maybe showing the recent punches, so for example todays punches… and maybe another widget for all hours in total.. stuff like that. Those are my ideas ☺️☺️ overall its a excellent app!
