We were checking our gazing app at 1:00 AM today and looked like something was caught on camera from 11:30 pm. We viewed but didn’t save the 11:30 event then tried to view the video again about 2:00 AM but the video was not found. It looks like if you don’t save it erases after 1 day. It would be better if it stored at least 24 hours for retrieval after viewing.The videos are great-but 10 secs isn’t very long. We thought as long as there was movement it would keep recording until movement stopped

Update: it’s been 6 days and nothing has been done and now one of my cameras won’t even connect. This company is a complete JOKE! I have sent several emails and every time it says it’s fixed and I can see the live view, it’s not. Every time I tell them it’s not they ask for the serial number. I have given it to them 4 times, which they should be able to see in previous emails. But apparently they can not. All I need is the live view. As they are going to be hooked to a tablet which will record what I need. I don’t need the subscription. I bought 2 cameras that use This app. I was told I could watch the live view but I can not unless I subscribe. I don’t want to subscribe to anything like this. It was supposed to run off of 4G but no where did it say it was only there 4G service it would work on. I do not recommend this app or the products that use it.

This Gazing app has exceeded my expectations! Setting up and connecting to my devices was a breeze, and I can instantly check the live feeds from my front door and garden on my phone. The PIR-triggered video alerts are super timely, so I always feel secure knowing I can keep an eye on my home when I’m out. The interface is clean and intuitive—even my parents picked it up in no time. The recent update fixed minor bugs and made the experience even smoother. For a home security tool, it’s incredibly reliable and practical. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to monitor their home remotely!

I am extremely disappointed with Gazing’s customer service and the lack of willingness to actually help resolve my issue.I purchased six Gazing cameras and contacted customer support because I wanted to have all six cameras connected to my existing cloud storage plan. Instead of looking for a reasonable solution or providing meaningful assistance, I was simply told that each camera requires its own separate cloud storage subscription.My concern is not about being charged twice for the same plan. I understand the difference. My issue is that I have six cameras from the same company and expected there to be a practical way to manage them under one account or plan. Unfortunately, customer support has repeatedly focused on explaining the policy rather than trying to help find a solution.I provided the serial numbers for all six cameras and proof of payment, and I specifically asked Gazing to review my account and see if all six cameras could be linked to my existing plan. After all of that, I still did not receive a satisfactory solution.The most frustrating part is the lack of flexibility and customer support. When a customer invests in multiple products from the same company, you would expect the company to value that customer and make an effort to find a reasonable solution.I am very disappointed with both the product support experience and the way this situation has been handled. Gazing should seriously reconsider how it manages customers who own multiple cameras and provide better options for cloud storage.Six cameras, six separate subscriptions, and very little effort from customer service to find a better solution. That is not the level of customer support I expected.
