Generally, I think the new update is really good. I love the ability to switch between showtimes from the booking window rather than having to exit out. However, the new movie display page - the one that shows the movies coming soon, seriously needs to go back to what it used to be. The horizontal scroll takes too long to go through, and what’s worse, the movies are not listed by release date, so sometimes you get confused when each movie comes out. I hope that you also find a way to incorporate Fazaa and Esaad discounts on the app itself. Surely you can link emails rather than asking people to physically go to the cinema every time they want to use these discounts.Really hope you guys are able to fix this design.

I have been to the cinema a lot recently, that’s because of the seatings. It was way better when there would be space in between people. Unlike it all being beside each other. I used to have personal space as I’m a hijabi and won’t agree if a man would sit beside me. Covid is still not gone too, why are they brought back to how they were?? What if the person beside me had covid? Now what will that make other than more cases and more problems. As a customer who goes to the cinema nearly every weekend, I really hope the seatings would have space between them. At least one..

Fantastic Application and very responsive However the “Wallet Error, There was a problem loading your pass, please try again later” issue has been going on for 3 months, I’m unable to save my tickets on my wallet application. I’ve tried everything on my end to fix this issue, but it seems to be an issue from the Vox cinemas application itself, please fix this issue.Thank you

Got charged for transactions that did not go through

Very frustrated! I tried 3 times to book tickets online. All 3 attempts always gave me an error message after I input my credit card details. The bank hold the funds and took them a while to revert the charges. I still have another charge which apparently is not showing in their system, which always gives error messages. After providing the customer service agent and manager with proof that I received the error message and my bank statement showing the deductions I am left without a refund. The way the customer service manager is handling my case is absolutely frustrating and there worse part is that there is no one else to escalate.
