Don’t know how to organize thoughts or want to get some variations on a concept it’s like have a full work team to bounce ideas off of. Honestly it is the best resource I have found.

I made the mistake of purchasing Pro subscription thinking it was ChatGPT. I have ChatGPT on my phone and love using it and went to purchase Pro on web and accidentally clicked the link for this AI app. Naming is so similar that I didn’t realize it was different. I tried making the best of my mistake but the AI function is so far behind ChatGPT that I couldn’t even use it. I tried to reach support to cancel my subscription and request refund. When I finally found a support email I kept getting the same auto generated response to navigate to a specific page to cancel subscription. I could not find any cancel button and when I replied to support email I stopped receiving response. As a last resort I deleted my account and pray they do not charge my card again. $60 lost to the abyss of the World Wide Web.

The site looked nearly identical to the real ChatGPT page and advertised what seemed like a great deal a discounted “Plus” plan ($200 down to $59/year). Thinking it was legit, I went ahead and paid.Only after signing up did I realize this wasn’t ChatGPT at all, and the service wasn’t what I expected or needed. I reached out to support asking for a refund, and they replied saying my subscription was canceled and wouldn’t renew, but completely ignored my refund request.I followed up with a more direct request for my money back, but never got a response. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company, but just a heads-up: don’t fall for this intentionally misleading setup.
