The collars do not work as advertised. Once out of Bluetooth range, the collar doesn’t sync with your phone (obviously), but, it also doesn’t show you the GPS’d location of the collar. It makes the map and app function useless outside of Bluetooth range. Falsely advertised as being able to see your pets location on the map but that’s only if you’re standing next to the collar with your phone.Fence set-up is a nightmare and when I walked my fences, the collar was off by at least 100’. Also have to re-do fences often.Battery doesn’t even last a day.Company WILL NOT accept returns. I’m out over $500 for collars that do not work as advertised, my phone number must be blocked now and I can’t get through to talk to anyone at customer service, and since they told me I can’t return because it’s used, they have stopped responding to emails as well.Don’t make my mistakes. Avoid this garbage company and garbage product.

-Battery does not last more than 10 hours when descriptions says it’s to last 4-5 days -Constantly looses signal -constantly buffering even though we have great WiFi signal- set up area fence and a week later all my setups are gone and I have to reduce it.

I am baffled by the 1 star reviews. It works well for my dog in 2 different locations. You have to read the instructions to get it set up correctly. The best part is that you are not paying for another subscription.

I love everything about this except for not being able to adjust the fence. I was able to find it once and for the life of me cannot find. Anyway, you can add a button or something super obvious on there so people can make these adjustments and rate this app higher.?
