So glad to have this! It’s free to get (with the scale of course) and easy to use. Not sure how accurate all the measurements are but it does correspond with my medical weigh-ins and eating/water drinking habits. It fits seamlessly into Apple Health so that my weight appears in other health and fitness data.

The GOLO Wellness Scale uses a technology called bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to analyze your body’s muscle and water composition. Body fat, tissue, and muscle all hold varying levels of water, so they create different levels of resistance when you step on the scale. The information you include when you activate your myGOLO account, such as your age and height, helps the scale determine your other stats. And then all the data is used together to present the final 12 measurements. Additionally, we conduct a rigorous series of tests to ensure our scale delivers the highest level of accuracy, including 26 precise calibration checks as well as comprehensive accuracy and optimization testing. Lastly, biometric measurements are most helpful when tracked over time, so be sure to link the app to your myGOLO account to view your full progress history. No longer pairs

Scale worked great in the beginning. After upgrading to iPhone 17, no longer pairs. Called Cust Svc, said there would be an update and I would be notified. A weekLater received and email stating the issue was resolved. Still didn’t work. Called CS again, said to delete app and re-add. Still didn’t work. Called CS a 3rd time, became “I don’t know” and guesswork. Bottom line, still doesn’t work. No solutions.
