We have issues with the App and the website matching each other. If we move an appointment in the app the website won’t show that change. It’s the same for tasks that need to be cleared. We cleared a task on the app, but it didn’t show on the website. We had to wait a while for it to clear.

We have been working with Rely since 2017 and have always carried a deep appreciation and respect for the systems that have been put in place. We do very well with the communication between the parties. We have met some outstanding clients through the home warranty program. We constantly offer our help to them in any way we can out of respect. This warranty and it’s application are the modern day bridge between clients and contractors and we believe through rely it will become a future standard for program operations

This app is created for owner operators not for companies that have office that handles the job authorizations. For some reason is expected techs to handle authorizations, pricing and negotiations when warranty company calls for discounts. NO Mac desktop version as well So unless you are the only one person running everything including the services, office and making decisions on prices this is worthless application. Also currently down so there is no way to process any authorizations creating frustration to customers and us. That is the first company that expects techs to handle authorizations without any options for the designated office staff and owners to have desktop access. Very difficult and huge step back for big warranty companies.

The Rely Home Warranty app has been a great improvement to our daily workflow. Submitting reports, uploading photos, and completing documentation is fast and straightforward, which saves our office and technicians a lot of time. The app is stable and easy to navigate. Overall, it helps us stay organized and responsive, and we appreciate the effort Rely put into building a dedicated macOS application for contractors.
