This app now has truly been life-changing. The combination of amazing workouts and delicious recipes has made my fitness journey so much more enjoyable and sustainable. The workouts are easy to follow, yet challenging enough to help me see real results. I especially love how they are organized, so I can fit them into my schedule without feeling overwhelmed.The recipe section is a game changer. It offers a variety of healthy meals that are not only nutritious but also quick and easy to prepare. It's been a huge help in keeping me on track with my nutrition goals without the stress of complicated meal planning.One feature I can't live without is the water tracker. It's so simple to use and has made me much more mindful of my hydration throughout the day. It’s such a small thing, but it really helps me stay focused on my overall health.Overall, this app has helped me stay motivated, and I can see improvements in my fitness and overall well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one fitness solution!

I love the content within the app! I love all the workout routines and recipes. I love that it’s specifically made for women like having that time of the month food and Pilates workouts for that time of the month. I don’t love the user interface. I can’t favorite a video, there multiple steps in order to “log” a workout. I also don’t like how a regular program doesn’t automatically show up. Every week you must select the same weekly Pilates in order for it to show on your schedule. My final complaint is the filtering of workouts. You’ve put every difficulty level of workout in the “expert” level. Just because an expert can do a beginner workout, doesn’t mean you put the beginner workout in the difficult category. It means I’m looking for a difficult workout! I love the content but hate the interface. Which is why I give this app 3 stars.

I’m loving this app with the combination of the recipes and the classes! I just started getting into healthy cooking and I’m obsessed with the variety and ease of the recipes with the follow along videos! I was also impressed that the workouts were able to meet my strength target and have been hard and challenging in the best way. Highly recommend!

I went to go to the app and it wouldn’t load, I thought it might need an update on the App Store and I discovered there’s an entirely new app. I had to create a whole new account, download the new app, and what I’m seeing on the new app confuses me - it feels unfinished. It’s very difficult to navigate, I can’t save my favorite workouts, and the recipes are now only in PDF guides for specific wellness challenges. There’s a whole section for planning your meals and workouts, but no actual meals or workouts to drag into the days, so it seems like they forgot to finish that feature? No idea why they would change something that worked, I instantly cancelled the trial and will stick with another app like form. So disappointing!
