Most recipes are plant based, gluten, dairy free. As someone who isn’t any of those things I didn’t find this way of eating to be sustainable for me. I gave it a chance and followed the app for 4 months, but hit a point where I wasn’t enjoying any of the recipes available. I didn’t loose any weight eating this way. I am not a picky person at all but 80% of the recipes to choose from I wouldn’t eat. I found myself only eating my go to recipes and eating the same things. I definitely learned a few things about nutrition overall which is great, but this isn’t a way for me to eat long term. I think it can work if you are someone who is gluten free, dairy free, have hormone issues, etc.

I’ve been using Mindfull for a while now and it has easily become a part of my daily routine. The content is thoughtful and actually applicable to everyday life. I really enjoy the webinars and guided sessions which leave me feeling grounded and focused. I’ve been truly inspired by Sam and the entire team behind Mindfull and it’s motivated me to keep showing up for myself and focus on becoming a better, more balanced version of me. I’ve noticed really positive changes - not just physically but in how I feel day to day while using the Mindfull app and resources. I feel more energized, grounded and more in tune with myself which has made a huge impact in my day to day life. If you’re looking for a supportive, uplifting space to prioritize your health and well being, I can’t recommend Mindfull enough!

Mindfull has truly helped change my life. My relationship with food has always been challenging, the way I felt, my gut health and my overall energy was always low until I found this app. Now they’ve updated to include some of my favorite features to make it even easier to navigate and incorporate into my lifestyle. I’m a different person today than I was before I started using Mindfull, everything from the community to the user-friendly features makes this my favorite app in the App Store. If you’re not sure where to start when it comes to your health, let this be your sign that technology really can change your health for the better!

I think there’s a lot of useful info in this app, but when you’re paying primarily for meal plans and recipes, you should get actual recipes and cooking instructions. 9/10 “recipes” are a shortlist of ingredients such as “dairy-free feta” and the instructions are “mix all the ingredients together.” No measurements or quantities are listed, which they say is to promote intuitive eating. You can’t intuitively make something like overnight oats with no measurements. The videos that accompany the recipes aren’t instructional videos - they’re just 10 second clips of the food cut for social media. I really wish I had known more about what I was actually getting before I subscribed.
