Lean, Mean, Senior Machine

Arthritic back
After some X-rays, I out that my backbone was arthritic. I was given the choice of an MRI or try PT. I chose PT and so glad to have completed it. I feel stronger and am no longer limited in physical activities. Samir devised an exercise program to alleviate the pain. I know what exercises to do daily to feel better and live a fuller life.

Problems with app. No response from developers

The basic functionality of the app is OK although I do have several issues with it. My main issue is that when screen casting via AirPlay to my HDTV the full-screen videos do not rotate on my HDTV. The video image will properly resize and change orientation for full-screen viewing on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but the image does not rotate to landscape orientation when AirPlay to my HDTV. That's a big problem because it forces you to view a video sideways. It is not possible to replay a session which is also a pretty big deal if you need to leave during workout and forget to pause it. The session will continue to play until it ends and you will no longer be able to restart it. I have tried contacting the developers numerous times and emailed PT solutions and I’ve never gotten any response from anybody.

The video image will properly resize and change orientation for full-screen viewing on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but the image does not rotate to landscape orientation when AirPlay to my HDTV. That's a big problem because it forces you to view a video sideways. It is not possible to replay a session which is also a pretty big deal if you need to leave during workout and forget to pause it. This app is serviceable, but the main problem is that there is a timer associated with rep counts, but the timer just goes for the amount of time that the reps should take, there’s no time built in for setup, there’s no time built in for resting. I’ve got no idea how long I should be resting for between reps and that’s not included in the instructions. Instructions need to reflect the reality of how these exercises are going to be performed, not just “here’s the movement, now go.”
