I booked a massage yesterday and 15 minutes before the appointment, I was told the driver was running late and that I should reschedule. I did — for today — but then got another call saying the driver couldn’t find the location and had to leave because of other appointments. I rescheduled again for two hours later, and now the therapist is texting me saying the driver doesn’t want to come into the compound and I should go pick her up myself.This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Three failed appointments, no proper coordination, and no respect for customers’ time. I definitely do not recommend this app unless they seriously improve their service and reliability.

Its a shame because the providers are excellent for massage and mani pedi but this new takeover from Urban Company is HORRIBLE. They charged me twice for a prepaid service. A simple error, quick refund you would think. But, customer support was USELESS. I had to reopen the chat multiple times, multiple phone calls, and it took over a week just for them to understand and confirm that it was a technical error and i needed a refund. They also said they would contact me, but never did. They are incompetent, unethical crooks!!!! Their business should be reported to the authorities.
