The app is very frustrating and more time consuming than the website version. When you click on a study you are interested in, and then click out of that study you find yourself back at the beginning of the study page/top of the scroll. You then have to scroll all the way down to where you located the study you were interested in and continue scrolling through the available studies from there. It is so frustrating that you just want to delete the app. Apps on your phone are supposed to be more convenient by design and nature, not less user friendly. Please fix this. Also, why aren’t you testing your apps for user interface before publishing them. 🙄

It’s like it was made in 2010. It’s even a bit more frustrating than the browser because you can’t hide studies.

i wish i could give ZERO stars! What is the point of having national surveys when you dont qualify anyway? I have wasted time filling out pre screen then i have an actually survey! Nationwide means ALL 50 states, NOT just like maybe 10. Why even approve my account if I'm just not gonna qualify for any even if im a good candidate for the subject?? Its unfair that some are advertised as Nationwide but yet actually are limited to the certain listed states. False marketing and a waste of time! dont install this app, its just a big waste! especially if you are nationwide and dont live in the 10 or so states that they list. Maybe expand it to all 50 states.

It’s not all that different from the web browser. I just wish I could see the age range for the study while looking at the available studies. I also wish that after you clicked away from available studies, it would take you back to the spot you had left pn.
