Developer contacted me and after a couple questions he let me know where I went wrong on selecting the Free Lifetime. He was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. He even activated a Free Lifetime to the app for me even though it was my error. Though I just recently started working with the app, I feel very good about the design and implementation and it has been helpful in getting my program going. I will update after a month to see what kind of changes it has helped me make to my weight and workouts. This developer is one of the good guys and has a good app. Give it a try.Here we go again. Completed boarding and no way to select Free Lifetime though Free Lifetime is listed on the App Store and AppAdvice. Another developer wanting more customer data to sell without providing anything.

There is a free for life time option and when I click on it, the App Store did not say it charges me anything but when I look carefully I was added to the monthly payment plan and I cannot cancel it! Please cancel my subscription immediately!

What you experienced was a temporary visual bug in the subscription status display, which incorrectly showed a monthly plan for some users; even those who successfully redeemed the free lifetime offer. That bug has now been fully resolved, and no users who selected the lifetime plan through the promotion were ever charged or auto-enrolled in a paid plan.You can confirm this by checking your Apple account under Settings > Subscriptions.
