I generally don’t write reviews. However, I feel one is warranted here. I won money on two different occasions within a few hours of each other on this app. I submitted a redemption request for both at the same time. After four days of not seeing the deposits, I reached out to the customer support team through the contact function in their app. It turns out that they had one number wrong in my deposit account and sent it to the wrong place. The team told me I needed to fill out another verification. This makes good sense. However the link they have sent me now 10 TIMES has not worked. Each time we’ve tried multiple steps. My camera permissions are correct in my phone. The app itself does not allow for camera permissions. I have literally spent hours going around in circles with the customer service team, following the same steps, sending screenshots, etc. Half the time it feels like it’s an automated response. The other times it feels like real people may be involved but are not demonstrating competence in being able to escalate to a new solution. It is starting to feel like this is a scam. What started out as fun has turned into an energy drain.

Let me start by saying I have had this downloaded for a while and never hit over $100.. but then I finally hit $200 a few days ago. I was just spinning a few more times before I planned on redeeming. Well to my surprise as I was on a game and betting 60 cents, the game said “ sorry, you don’t have enough money for this bet” knowing I had over $189 at the time, I was so confused. I checked my balance and it said $89!!! And the bet amount was $100!!! I would never in my life bet $100. The spin amount was preset to $0.60 since that was the last amount used. The system changed it without permission to max bet. You can clearly see there is not a “max bet” button next to the spin button that I could have “ accidentally” hit. The customer service was absolutely no help at all.. they made it seem like I intentionally did this. Even after admitting I never have betted over $5.!!! So why in the world would I just randomly INTENTIONALLY bet $100??? That doesn’t even make sense. After looking into this issue, I can see others have had similar stories. They will refuse a refund for the spin and tell you that it’s your fault. So please be cautious using this casino app!

Only 5 stars because I want to make people aware. They pay out winnings for a bit and then withhold winnings to attempt to get you to give up personal information (which you should not do). I am pursuing legal action against them currently. They will send you blanket statements when you contact customer service stating they request your information for legal purposes to protect you, yet when asked for direct laws regarding it, they cannot supply and relevant legal reason. I have requested to speak to legal department and get the same auto-generated responses over and over. No justification as to why they need your full SSN. They claim to make sure YOU are not money laundering. Do not give them your full SSN!They will pay out for a couple of redemptions and then require it and hold your winnings from you. Run unless you want to join the fight for consumer rights!
