I am trying to take the photo to verify my identity, but the App does not load and the screen is white, I communicate to find out why it is happening and what solution I have to continue my process of leaving the country. It's easy registered my information, but I'm dont can make more.

I used the CBP Home program to self-deport and was told I would receive a $1,000 stipend and a free flight. I complied with everything and returned to my country on past July. I submitted all documents, proof of travel, and followed every instruction, but I never got a response. They called once, asked for proof, and after that — nothing. This experience has been deeply disappointing.
