I’ve been taking Zepbound as part of my new-year’s resolution to lose-weight and my FuturHealth app-experience has been a mix of educational, supportive and motivational. Keeps me on-track with my doses, informs me of ways to minimize side-effects, shares healthy recipes that are “GLP-1 friendly”, access to prepared-meals (delivered!) and Apple-Fitness+ workout videos… everything I need to stay-the-course and meet my goals.

PLEASE do not fall for this! It’s a scam. They offer you the first month for $49 with $149 per month afterwards and start a timer that expires in 15 minutes to make you feel like you have to hurry and pay. Then the program states that MEDICATION INCLUDED but after you answer a few questions with the provider, they make you wait a few days for the prescription to be approved and when you log on to place the order, they charge you an additional $400!!! They are just scamming people out of their money. Please don’t trust them with your card information or any personal health information. They’re probably selling your information on top of stealing your money. The “providers” are likely not even real people but AI bots. They don’t answer questions or reply to direct things you say in response to them. I’m honestly so shocked that I fell for this. I’m usually so good at detecting scams but I fell for it. They’re taking advantage of desperate people trying to lose weight and I feel so ashamed that I got sucked in. Please be ware of these people!

First few months, no problem. Month 4 app is not working for me at all. I have contacted chat, emailed numerous times and made several phone calls to no avail. I was told they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and I’ve heard nothing. I paid for six months of medication, have only received three and I’m about to ask for a refund.
