Medication costs are additional and based on type, which start at just $229 per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews automatically (unless canceled) at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed in the application. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Follow up appointment

I had my first follow up appointment with Dr. Jaya Madhav and It went better than I could’ve asked. I had trouble in the past with my own Primary care Physician when it came to figuring out solutions to my weight loss and medications.
I explained my weight loss objectives to Dr. Jaya and she actually listened and understood what I needed and planned accordingly. This being my first follow up appointment I was nervous I wouldn’t be allowed for an increase in medication because my own Physician didn’t increase my medication until 6-8 months after starting which was discouraging due to lack of efficacy so I decided to stop taking weight loss medication at that time.
Working with my Primary Physician was like pulling teeth if I was asking for help with weight loss.
I didn’t have any symptoms or concerns so
Dr. Jaya didn’t waist anytime in helping me move forward in order to reach my objective for better health.

Lied to repeatedly

I saw them in social media and decided to take a look. They required that you download the app just to get normal information. This was misleading because the minute that you registered in order to see what products they carry they start billing your card immediately $99 a month for some people might not be a big deal but for me that’s $100 a month that I don’t really have.
I’ve never been reached out to by one of their medical experts or anyone by way of email or phone call I have requested that they refund the February and the March that they continue to bill me. The employees are rude on the phone they give you ticket numbers that absolutely mean nothing. They promise you you’ll be refunded and they do not do it…. I am so upset right now because I am so sick of being given a run runaround and not helped. I plan to take this to the better business and also the trade center and report this, I would never want any other person to go through what I am. I can only imagine if I had purchased anything with healthcare how incompetent that care would’ve been. Again I didn’t receive anything because I never placed an order. I was simply looking at their app to see what they offered when I saw saw that they did not offer what I needed. I simply deleted the app and walked away, but they had taken my credit card information and they continue to bill me. I will be opening a fraud case with my local bank. 😪

Consistency Failure

Don’t bother with this program. They don’t care about you. You won’t ever see the same doctor twice. They don’t bother to read your chart before they see you. They ask you to fill out the same form again and again but they don’t bother to read it. I had to fill out the same form twice in the same day. It’s annoying and it is obvious the people who work for them are just going through the motions. I was honest about my prescribed oxycodone medication for hip pain on intake and on every appointment since. All of a sudden it's a problem. I joined the program because I needed to lose weight so I could lose weight so I could get to the BMI that my surgeons require to have my surgery. This has been an over all frustrating and painful journey for me that has taken me 9 years to lose 73 lbs. I've only lost a few pounds with this program because I had to start from the lowest dose again. I had been on a high dose with my regular doctor. I know that Ozempic works because my doctor put me on it and it got us here. I only started this program because of the inconsistency of the availability of the medication through traditional methods. Our pharmacies were running out of it. My doctor suggested paying out of pocket and trying online programs. Which was finally working and the weight was coming off again. I'm tired of stopping and restarting programs going through plateaus.
