From the moment I put on my AirPods and start running, the app gives me running form feedback—cadence, shock, balance—all in clear voice prompts. The best running app for fixing my form

I’ve tried a lot of running apps that just track distance or pace, but none of them ever helped with how I actually run. StrideCoach cọmpletely changed that. During my first run it told me my cadence was too low, and after adjusting, my knees felt so much better. For the first time, I feel like I’m learning how to run properly instead of just logging miles.
