The point of it is to send gifts through text right? well it doesn’t work or at least for me it does it

Sorry about the experience 😕Please make sure Full Access is enabled for the keyboard (Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → GIF Keyboard → Allow Full Access).This is required to copy and paste GIFs correctly.We’ve also improved reliability in the latest update — please try version 1.2 and let us know if the issue persists.

Why is my app not working!!??! I am literally on WiFi and everything! It says failed to load gifs.

Hi Sofia,Sorry for the trouble! 🌟 It sounds like the GIFs failed to load because the app couldn’t connect to our servers even though your Wi-Fi is on.Here are a few quick checks:• Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store.• Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to refresh the connection.• Open the app again after force-quitting it.If it still doesn’t work, please email us at info@aswapps.com with any screenshots or details and we’ll help you right away.Thanks for letting us know—we want to fix this for you as fast as possible! 🙏
