After the last update Face ID no longer works. It’s also a hot mess on the admin side - they set up my account with my 14 year olds birthday but my email and both kids paperwork etc. now you can’t even log in because Face ID completes but there’s a random pop up & it doesn’t actually open. It won’t let me log in manually because it has me magically morphed with my children. This is a HUGE problem when you have kids doing telehealth appointments because you can only access the appointment link through the app. They should have individual accounts/log ins WITHIN the parent account. I shouldn’t have to give the kids MY log in info - and they shouldn’t have free access if they actually manage to log in (ie - an 11 year old logged into the app on my account to access her virtual therapy appointment, who requires privacy - but in theory she can now access the full app unsupervised).
