HOW KAIRO WORKS

3. Close your eyes and engage your senses as Kai guides you through your scenario.

I began using Kairo in transition from a collegiate athlete to professional tennis. After multiple visualization exercises, I found the app to be just as effective as my own coach who first taught about the power of visualization in sports. The options for different voices to listen to is very helpful and the exercises tailor to one’s needs exceptionally well. For those that can’t afford a coach for mental training in sports, Kairo works as a great option! Extremely recommend for competitive athletes of all levels looking to strengthen their mental game!

This program has been a great asset to overcoming mental blocks through visualization. Using different forms of sport psychology and exercises, I’ve been able to strengthen my mind and become more confident in my skills. I highly recommend using this whether you are over coming an injury, having difficulty visualizing, have some blocks you want to overcome or just want to strength your mind. Very easy to follow and adaptable to whatever sport or activity you participate in.

This app is really helpful for mental visualization, especially for athletes. I used it to visualize my 400m race and focus on patience early and finishing strong through fatigue. The audio is calming and easy to follow, and the prompts help you stay intentional. It would be even better with more sport- and event-specific options, but overall it’s a solid tool for building confidence and focus before competition.

I use Kairo before I ran my 400 m dash at a track meet and I was at the time having self-doubt. I wasn’t as confident in my race as I knew I had a 60 m dash and I didn’t run as well so I have listened to Kai and it put my mind at ease and I ended up running a really good time in my second race and I focused on how would’ve said about my last 100m of a 400 meter dash and they help me finish my race.
