Inconsistent staff

On my first couple visits the staff were friendly and even, seemingly, very happy to see me! They were generous with their time and encouraged me to come back and ask for THEM if I had any questions. Third time? The guy behind the counter had a look on his face like he didn’t want to be there, then started accusing me of being the problem when I voiced a concern I had about their parking lot that I wanted mentioned to management. Maybe he was having a bad day, but dude, your job is customer service. Smile and be helpful or find another job.

This company is a joke they don’t tell you about all the hidden fees and charges that you’ll have to pay or about the 40% buy out fee to cancel the membership in my professional opinion no one should ever sign a contract with this company. There a huge scam. There managers are well trained in helping people but other than that this company is a scam.
