Chat Disconnections

I love the new app! It has a great user interface and the live chat helps stay up to date. When you switch apps, it disconnects the chat and you have to start again which is annoying when you are trying to get answers. The app desperately needs the background app refresh function on iOS. If there wasn’t that issue, it would be an 5 stars! Grateful for them investing in the development of the app and have faith this will be resolved

Apps are supposed to make things simpler…

but this one makes it more complicated. I thankfully kept my old insurance card in my wallet since the “virtual only” ID card is rarely available, will not load onto my phone wallet, and will not allow me to request a physical card. Payments, checking claims, seeing an UPDATED total on deductibles, figuring out why I had to pay hundreds of dollars instead of the listed $50 (apparently the small print was in invisible digital ink but I failed to print anything and just have it handwritten from talking to a rep) and other things I’ve needed have been unavailable since we rolled into the new year. The past 3 years I had to call only once but this year I’ll be on call number three tomorrow unless there’s a miracle and I can pay premiums in the app. Please fix the functionality or just revert the platform back to the way it actually worked in 2024.

Terrible user experience

The UI still needs a lot of work. Navigation in the provider search is particularly painful. The search results only return about ten listings at a time. When you reach the bottom of the list, you often need to wait about a minute for the next batch of ten doctors from the list. If you open a search result, you can't read any reviews. Save yourself the frustration and just search for doctors in Google maps, read their reviews, then go to the "get care" tab to search for the doctor by name and see if they're in network.
The information about the doctor is quite out of date here, too. I found many listings which said the doctor is accepting new patients, but that wasn't true. I also have found several listings for doctors who moved away from the listed location many months ago.
