Find Care: Find a doctor or hospital in your network.
Spending accounts: Check the balance of your health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement account (HRA) or flexible savings account (FSA).
Who can use this app:
--If you are a member of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina or BlueChoice Health Plan, this app is for you.
-- If you are a member of a different BlueCross plan, this app may be included. Just check the back of your insurance card to see if “My Health Toolkit” is part of your health plan’s website.
This app supports all medical and dental benefit plans administered by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice Health Plan. This app also supports some large employer plans administered on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, BlueCross & BlueShield of Rhode Island, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee . Each of these Blue Plans is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
The app supports most of our members, but will not work for the following:
FEP (Federal Employee Program) members
- Added ability to view prior authorizations letters
- Added estimated completion dates for prior authorizations
- Added messages for renewal and denial reasons to prior authorizations
- Added summary list of services requiring prior authorization

App is really nice!
I just downloaded this app this week, and I really like it so far. I also just moved from an iPhone with Touch ID to one with Face ID. Selecting the option for Touch ID in the app, when prompted with the option, causes the app to crash. Have to delete and reinstall the app to make it work. Please add Face ID to the options for secure logging in! Otherwise, I really enjoy being able to see so many attributes of the website this well laid out in a mobile interface.

App stuck in loading
Love this app ! Everything I need is right in the app. Recently my app has been stuck in loading and I can’t get to my information. Once that’s fixed I would definitely rate the app 5 stars !
