Explore My Plan allows select Blue Cross and Blue Shield members to access their health plan information on the go.
Register or log in to:

• View or email your ID card
• Track your deductible and out-of-pocket spend

• Communicate securely with Customer Service
Use your myBlueCross username and password to access your online account from the app. You can also set up Touch or Face ID for quicker access.
There is no charge from Blue Cross and Blue Shield to download, but rates from your wireless provider may apply. This information is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for personal care from a licensed physician. Please consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment options.
This app supports some large employer plans administered on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. This app also supports all medical and dental benefit plans administered by Patrius Health. Each of these Blue Plans is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
