Note: For 2020 plans, the Premera app supports only those who get coverage through their employer. The Premera app doesn’t currently support information for our Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement customers, or for those who bought an individual or family plan through Washington Healthplanfinder.org or HealthCare.gov.

Needs Apple Wallet
When are you going to support Apple Wallet? I literally keep all my info there and it’s frustrating every time I look for this card and have to dig through a camera roll to find it. I really want this card in my Apple Wallet app! Come on, it’s 2018, time to be part of the Wallet App!

New updated policy killed the APP
If your policy changed in the new year, your app won't work. I have been trying to update the app to show my new policy, (which frankly) should have updated on it's own behind the scenes. It all coming from Premera anyway. I still work for the same company, they just changed policies in the new year. Banks seem to do this with no problems, you can even manage multiple accounts within other banking institutions. This should be no different. When I open the Premera app it should have my current Premera policy and all that is attached to it at my fingertips based on my email, password and all other information I provided when I downloaded the app. So frustrating, just like healthcare. This is not a hard problem. Especially frustrating for someone like me who all I wanted to do was look up a doctor on the app. But since I am under a new policy, cannot access it. Oh, and I tried to set up a new account for the new poilcy number, but it wouldn't work online and since my email is already attched to the outdated poilcy. It couldn't set up another account, unless I provide a different email address. Pure genius. Quit pushing your app so hard if it is a nusiance. Oh, I tried a calling but was on hold far too long. Who has time for this?

We're really sorry for your experience. When you get a new policy through us, you do not need to create a new account, nor add a new email address in order to access your new policy information. To access your new policy information, log into your existing account with us on Premera.com, and then hit "Add a plan" to add your new policy information. Once you've done this, you'll be able to view your new policy information. We are working on building out this experience for our mobile app as well, so that you don't need to log into the website to add your new policy details. A useful and well made app
Very impressed with this app! It has all the information I want with a great design, and it's a solid app. I use it pretty regularly and have never had a problem. I'm glad to see that it's getting better too with lots of updates. Good job job Premera!
