Are we witnessing the future of real estate CRM? Streams is still in its early iterations, but it’s an exciting preview of how thoughtful ‘agent first’ UX/UI will transform productivity and operations in our industry.  Let’s face it; most agents avoid their desktop CRMs.  Let’s bring together important client interactions with ease and convenience.  And remove the learning curve.  I love where this is going.

This app is not ready for prime time. Myself, along with several of our agents were beta testers for the platform and the functionality and feature features have never been fully flushed out. It’s extremely buggy, prone to frequently crashes, field that don’t load properly or even function, doesn’t query your leads properly (if they even load at all), and don’t get me started on the “AI” part. It’s embarrassingly bad. What has been evident over the last 12 months is that as an organization they are okay with what they think is good enough. As long as the old app is still available, I strongly encourage you to stick with it. Yes, it has its issues, but it’s a much more stable platform than this disaster.
