Build (or Quick Start) a session, press Play, and move through Set → Rest with integrated music, timers, and fast logging. Then review your results, chart your progress, and export your logs when you want.
TRAIN IN ONE FLOW
• Routine Builder for weight/reps and timed sets — add rest timers, drag to reorder, and reuse your plans anytime.
• Schedule routines by assigning a date or repeating days.
• Quick Start when you don’t want to plan first: start training instantly, log what you do, then save it as a routine to refine later.
• Browse built‑in premium templates & programs, and Remix them into your own editable copy (originals stay safe).
ROUTINE PLAYER (SET + REST MODE)
• Clear on‑screen targets with timers that auto‑advance (and an optional metronome).
• Log fast in the flow: weight / reps / duration, plus notes and an RPE rating.
• Smart next‑set tools: copy what you just did, or apply suggested targets using Estimated 1RM + RPE.
• Session Result recap shows targets vs. actuals and success %.
• Mind Minute (optional): quick mini‑games during rest to stay sharp while the clock runs.
MUSIC WITHOUT APP‑HOPPING
• Play music inside SoundsFit while you train: Apple Music / Spotify / YouTube.
• Assign music to your workout flow (set/rest) and choose how it behaves at transitions with music continuity (great for long‑form audio).
• SoundsFit playlists inside routines (Pro/Elite): build playlists in‑app and drop them into sets/rests.
• Local audio files in the player (Elite/Lifetime): play eligible files from your device.
SOUNDSFIT DJ (ELITE)
A dedicated immersive listening mode built for training — plus the Cozy Record Shop with a customizable Pomodoro focus timer (set your own focus/break lengths).
FORM HELP WHERE YOU NEED IT
• Built‑in exercise help pages right in your training flow.
• Watch a YouTube form video in‑app, loop it, show captions, and optionally replace it with your preferred link/ID.
INSIGHTS, CHARTS & EXPORT
• Training Insights charts for muscle balance and exercise trends.
• Export/share charts as images.
• Full session history with detailed reports.
• Google Sheets export (Pro/Elite): sync logs directly to your own Google Drive — no developer server. (Includes multiple sheet “slots” so you can keep separate logs if you want.)
ELITE DAILY TRACKING
• Kcal Insights: set goals, log foods & drinks, view trends (optional macros + optional barcode scanning).
• Hydration Insights: log drinks, track hydration progress + caffeine, and set reminders.
• Movement Insights: steps + trends (optional Apple Health/HealthKit import).
SUBSCRIPTIONS
SoundsFit offers:
• Elite — unlock all major features (DJ + daily tracking + more).
• Pro — a smaller upgrade (Google Sheets export + playlist tools).
• Lifetime — a one‑time purchase option.
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Manage/cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Prices vary by region.
NOTES
• Spotify exact‑track playback requires Spotify Premium (Free/Student may start radio‑style playback due to Spotify policy).
• YouTube playback is foreground‑only (pauses when you lock your phone or leave SoundsFit).
