I am 86 years old and have been looking for an exercise that was simple enough to start out with this is it? I am really having fun doing this and look forward to completing my 30 days. This is an excellent exercise for senior citizens whose bodies have become deteriorated because of lack of care of the body. I highly recommend.

I like the format , however one review said completely free and I found it would only give me four sessions and then I had to subscribe. Although it had a nice beginning offer of only .99 for a year so I went ahead and did it. I am planning to move up to longer sessions as the beginning 6 minute session is relaxing, but not sure it is doing much for me. I think this will work for me as I move into longer sessions.

I’m a 57-year-old truck driver. I started doing this program. My shoulders feel better. And I can already see it’s helping my muscle tone a lot. I love that this is very low impact on my joints. Thank you for creating this program. It’s helpful.

LOVING this app. Senior with symptomatic hypermobility. Lots of pain and easily partially dislocate joints, ribs, SI, and spine. This is exactly what i have been searching for. Gentle. Peaceful. Calming. But also gets me moving and breathing. Thank you so much!The ONLY THING that would make it perfect is getting the audible description to match the visual display. They are sometimes conflicting.
