I’m so impressed with Homer. The biggest thing for me is how fast the search experience is, it feels like i’m talking to the best real estate agent ever, but they’re always working for me. they also literally negotiated my rent for me, which was insane cuz it saved thousands of dollars and it literally took no effort on my end and I now live in my dream apartment. I didn’t even know u were allowed to negotiate ur rent 😭😭even though there are some minor glitches with the filters, their team got back to me within 24h and it worked well for me after thatI literally put all my friends on this app so I would def try it out

Homer is genuinely the best apartment search app I've used. I've moved three times in the last five years and this one FINALLY understood what i like the best. The listings are accurate (huge deal), the photos are real, and the app will reach out to the property managers for you which is so insane to me. My only gripe is I wish i could look for houses for my dad in tuscaloosa on the app but they only have major cities right now. If you're apartment hunting do yourself a favor and just start here

Very handy app!

The app offers Philadelphia for searches. However, it kept saying it could not find ANY listings in Philadelphia. Mind you, I put very generous parameters and even expanded them to different neighborhoods plus increasing the rent. I didn’t include any must-haves or dealbreakers to see what came up… nothing. And, I know for a fact there are hundreds of listings within my parameters that I have done during my apartment hunt. The app says it may be a server issue. I don’t plant on using this app in the near future
