I am absolutely loving the new banking app experience from our credit union! The enhanced digital updates have made everything so much easier, faster, and more convenient. The app is incredibly user-friendly, modern, and easy to navigate. I especially appreciate how seamless it is to manage my accounts, transfer funds, and access important information all in one place. Highly recommend!

This is ridiculous. It’s crazy how long it takes to transfer from one account to another. I have MULTIPLE accounts that I am joint on but do not use every day, and the fact that when I log in it shows my the balance as one total for ALL these accounts is stupid! I want to the balance of my main account and main account only. If I need to see the balance on my kids account I’m fine with going to a different screen to do so. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could arrange them properly to show in order of importance and not just as one balance. Even on the screen that does list all the accounts I’m not able to hide an account. I have accounts that I don’t use on a normal basis, and I can’t even remove it from my screen! This is stupid not everything needs to be new and flashy.

We took the online banking offline for 3 days to add a picture next to the transactions. All the reviews must be from employees. I’ve complained for years about the list format of transactions. It’s dated. Why are we still doing that? It should have been updated with a calendar like other banks. You click the day and then transactions for the day are listed there. Red for withdrawals, green for anything that came in. The monthly income should also be green above the calendar and monthly expenses should be red that way at a quick glance a member can truly see how much they spent that month. Super easy updated that was botched. Consider at least adding that I’m sure a lot of others would prefer that system instead of scrolling a list of transactions. That’s an awful system.
New App

The new app has proven difficult to sign in with. Followed the prompts to enroll a first time user as Abound directed. App can’t sign in. Information is correct and enrolled with no problem. I called the call center and was in line at #98, finally was told to uninstall and reinstall. I waited until after peak usage time and did as instructed and still, I cannot log in to my account. Rolling these updates at the beginning of the month when most users are needing deposits was not a great way to go about this. Went to a branch today and every person had the same issue. Clearly Abound needed longer to implement the app and work out the bugs which went live on a Tuesday.
