Halo AI is a venue-trained assistant that knows the menu, the rooms, the hours, and the house rules. Ask "what's gluten-free under 200 calories," "can I get a late checkout," or "what's good nearby" — and get an answer that actually fits where you are. No generic chatbot. No hallucinated specials.
BUILT FOR GUESTS, NOT OPERATORS
Halo Guest is the companion side of the Halo hospitality platform. Venues using Halo get a portal that you, the guest, never have to install or log into. Scan, use, leave — your data stays yours.
PRIVACY FIRST
We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. Location is used only to confirm you're at the venue, and only when you ask for something that needs it (like room delivery). Push notifications are opt-in and tied to your active visit.
