Vela: Pet Seizure Tracker
Diabetes, meds & vet log
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your pet's medical log, 100% on your iPhone. Track seizures, glucose & meds — no account, no cloud, nothing to lose. Export a clean report for your vet.
Never lose your pet's medical history again. Vela logs seizures, glucose, meds, and symptoms 100% on your iPhone — no account, no cloud, nothing to sync or crash.
Built for owners of dogs and cats with a chronic condition — epilepsy, diabetes, Cushing's, kidney disease, IVDD, allergies — Vela turns every frightening episode into a clear record your vet can actually use.
▸ LOG AN EPISODE IN SECONDS
Designed to work one-handed, in a panic, the moment it happens.
• Seizure timer — one tap to start, one to stop, duration captured automatically
• Severity & triggers — mild to cluster, with a status-epilepticus flag
• Glucose readings — mg/dL or mmol/L, with insulin dose and meal context
• Symptoms — free-form notes for Cushing's, kidney, IVDD, allergies and more
• Back-date anything — log it now, fix the time later
▸ SEE THE PATTERNS YOUR VET NEEDS
Every entry becomes a picture, not a pile of notes.
• Days-since-last-seizure front and center
• Seizure frequency, clusters, and days-between trends
• Single-day glucose curves and across-day trends
• Medication-change markers laid over your seizure chart
• A calendar heatmap of episode load, month by month
▸ NEVER LOSE A SINGLE LOG
The whole point of Vela: your data is yours, and it stays put.
• 100% on-device — your pet's log never leaves your iPhone
• No account, no sign-up, no cloud that can fail or lock you out
• Export everything to CSV anytime — free, forever
• Optional Face ID / passcode lock
▸ ONE TAP FOR THE VET
• Clean PDF or CSV report covering any date range
• Email it or hand your phone to the vet at the appointment
• Attach a seizure video clip so your vet sees what you saw
▸ MULTI-PET & MULTI-CONDITION
One pet juggling epilepsy AND diabetes? A house full of animals? Vela tracks dogs and cats together, each with their own conditions, meds, and history.
