The product overall is decent but I’ve had too many poor experiences with the Inbox in this app. 90% of the time I’m unable to like social posts or take any kind of Facebook action like hiding a comment or banning a user. Currently, I’m unable to assign care items to team members. What a waste.

The web-based version is better

There is no way to schedule out posts within the app. One of the benefits of the web-based program is the ability to future date posts and the app only allows posting in real-time. If this could be fixed it would definitely be 5 stars.
