My wife and I joined BTR right after we got married in 2010. We were with one of the BIG banks and were feeling like a number instead of a local person that loves the community. My friend was the president of the bank we left. It wasn’t long before he left them for a much better outcome as well. Since the move, we have never had a second of regret. BTR always makes us feel special and valuable as customers. I want to commend your business model. I believe if the businesses here were more caring for the individuals of the community, we all would be better off.Thank You all,BDG

This app is the biggest reason why BTR is my backup bank

Moved from a different state and the credit union I was at (SAFE Credit Union) had an excellent App. And of course I was spoiled by it and still use their bank even though there are no physical banks in this state. When BTR changes their app to be better I’ll switch my primary bank. But currently it is slow and buggy. Crashes all the time. The login is slow and constantly needs verification, even though I’m using the same phone. External transfers are always broken and say stuff like this “attention we are unable to process this request at this time, try again later” and it’s always broken! The balance amounts are weird and when amounts are pending it will show that it’s complete. Or if I do an external transfer to BTR I will get a notification that the transfer was complete but I go into the app and the amount does not reflect it and there are no recent deposits. It’s a just a buggy nightmare. Please hire someone to make a good app. And change the ugly app icon. This is 2025. But the app acts like it is from 2015. Really bad.

For a local small bank compared to Welsfargo banking app it's good & BTR is making improvements to make it better. GO LOCAL GO SMALL BANK if you value your security & customer service is excellent. Excellent bankers & they are always available if you just walk into the bank. A banker is always available.

Too much hype

Been with BTR almost a year now and am starting to have serious doubts. Sure the bank experience inside the branch is great but I also need the bleepin app to get going. Not much about it says great banking. The mobile deposit is a pain, always wanting a darker background and could not read the check etc etc… most mornings I get the oops call us instead, and after a few tries it works. Btw on ios 17.1 iphone 14+. Check images go away after a short period of time. I could go on for a bit. Fix your IT and this is a great bank until then not average even…
