I’ve been backing with MSCU since 1988. Extraordinary Bank. The team members are professional and so accommodating. Very helpful. I get all my banking needs here. Tom Flynn, the branch manager has been a wonderful commodity to the bank, over the years. Keisha I’ve been working with for many many years. I can always be rest assured by these two, anything I have to send in (as they are in Connecticut and I live out of state) can be handled professionally & accordingly in a timely manner. Over the years they’ve become more like family than just an unknown representative. Anyone looking for a 1st class credit Union, don’t look any further. Thank you MSCU!

The staff and especially the manager Lily in Stratford are fantastic. Friendly and alway smiling. I don’t go in often because their App is so easy to use, but when I do I am always greeted either by name or with a cheerful smile and hello. Their products offered are so much better then the bank I was using. If you’re considering making a switch to MSCU I would advise it.

It’s nice to be able to access my account from anywhere as long as the wifi is safe.

I really dislike logging into this app. It tells me to click on this box to verify that I’m a human every since time I try to get into the app. Then it doesn’t work. I have it click on the box 10+ times and still can’t get to the login screen. I then give up and try again later. It’s so frustrating.
