One of the most worst apps followed by one of the worst services center owned by the worst ever telecommunications companies on planet earth Evolve and elevate your service we pay for it I think wherever a service is bad it shall be called ORANGE JONot to for get that you steal my money more than one over the years and cheaply you keep on deducting over and over the fee for iMessage and FaceTime while it never works your customer service center representatives are so stupid busy playing cards the other is on a gathering while “working from home” meh Never solve my issue nor even send a note to the technical dep Though I’ve been charged for the call but what to say (it’s orange service) I wish this company disappears form the face of earth and get all those who’s in charger jobless coz that’s what they deserve you don’t worth the pennies you earn for this lousy service If there were -10stars I’ll rate you you earned it

By far, this is my worst experience ever dealing with a service app!Every time I’m logging in it’s a technical error technical issue technical difficulties. That’s all the time.I’ve been trying to recharge my number since I’m outside Jordan for the past not less than four months and I’m about to lose my line.This company is charging people for services, earning millions of dinars, yet it’s unable to present a fully functional app to serve clients no matter where they are!I reached Orange to have a solution for my line, and they wanted me to be there in person or send some kind of proxy through the embassy which located 7 1/2 hours drive from me or their latest solution was to use their unuseful app that keeps telling me error all the time!
