This is horrible that every time I sign into my account, I have to do all this security. I understood in the beginning when you first made the changes, but this is ridiculous. Since you made the changes the system has gone downhill quick. It took weeks to fix my cell, then I was receiving my medical payment from my job by online deposit and it took days for it to go through because of your new system.Get your act together

I’ve been using bill pay for the past few years since I joined heritage and it was great until the update.Every month my electric bill is a different amount and I go into bill pay and edit the amount with no problem. In June my cable bill increased by $5 so I went into bill pay and updated the amount to be paid for the cable bill. The bill was now paid ,(no longer electronically but two actual checks were sent, why???)Both the checks were sent one for the old amount and one for the new amount. Not the end of the world but inconvenient and I didn’t request two checks be sent only the updated amount.So here we are in August and my mortgage payment changed so I went into bill pay in July and edited the payment amount. And guess what happened? Two payments were sent one with the old amount and one with the new amount. I’m not a rich person so I called the bank to tell them of their mistake and they needed to get the incorrect payment amount back and into my account so I could pay the other monthly payments due without any issues.The representative argued with me that the cable bill was not paid twice and that one was canceled. It was definitely paid twice!!!!Then I was told that nothing could be done about the extra payment for the mortgage and that she would transfer me to the branch to see if they could help. Guess what happened I was transferred back into the loop and I reached another representative who was less than civil and I was disconnected. In conclusion the system is not working properly and the customer service was not able to help. I’m not going to use the bill pay and I wouldn’t suggest that anyone else use it. Since the update of this app, it has been easier and quicker to make my banking transactions, pay my bills, or view my accounts. I can even open new accounts through this app, which was very difficult to do before. Extremely streamlined and easy to use!

Two days ago I called to try to report this issue. End up spending 45 minutes to an hour on the phone, help me for the agent to say that they would have a specialist. Call me either that day or the next. They never called, and they never fixed it!iOS: The pop up window is stuck in the infinite loading loop.iPadOS: Right after the pop up window finishes loading, the whole app just instantly freezes!
