Fix an app exit issue that occurs when bumping a receipt to notify the expedite screen while ‘Display Chit by Transaction’ is selected.

KDS now supports up to 5 dockets in a row depending on iPad screen size. Fix an issue where main POS voiding docket will not strikethrough the order. Fix an issue where bumping docket will print all the modifiers at the bottom of the order list. Fix an issue where bumping reprinted docket will not bump all the orders when it’s display by transaction.

Added an option to not print orders bumped from another KDS when print order list by order is selected. Order list printed will now show the KDS it was bumped from.
