Great bank and amazing service. I moved to Arizona and they have helped me keep my bank deposits and transactions together even though I’m not there and there is no branch here in AZ. I definitely recommend this bank

I felt like it was necessary to update my review. This new design of the app is VERY disappointing. I understand changes needed to be made to add new features, however some changes have have really regressed the app. There is a new “quick glance” feature which allows you to see your balance. This is cool, but if someone wants full access to their transactions they have the option to use their finger print or type their password to log in. Most new smart phones do not have the fingerprint software. And there is NO option for facial recognition on the app. So imagine how inconvenient it is for a person to have to type their password is EVERY SINGLE TIME just to look over their recent transactions. The main area where it has regressed & is not user friendly to ALL users. There is also not a way for you to search your transactions. For a person who checks their account daily, it’s never fun to see a transaction that you don’t recognize. I used to be able to search my transactions- physically type in the name of said transaction. Which would let me know if there were similar charges or history or that said transaction. Now, that option is no longer available. It was so much easier to do that vs calling the bank—only to realize that that said transaction was in fact a transaction that I had previously made. I love banking with foundation. I really do. I just hate the new updates to their banking app. Users want to use an app that is convenient, and easy to access all of the information that they may need. With the new changes that were made, I’m afraid it’s not as convenient for everyone as the developers hoped it would be.

I loved our old app! Never gave any issues, but this new app I had to spend 20 minutes trying to deposit a check. Because of the new way it takes pictures. I should’ve just drove up to the bank! Not upset just wish it wasn’t so hard to upload a check. Also I think this one isn’t as user friendly as the other one!

I love banking with Foundation bank!! They treat you like family or a best friend! They call me on my birthday and wish me a happy birthday!! I will forever call Foundation bank my bank for life!!
