I just needed a basic app for occasional marketing events. In the past I’ve paid a subscription for a service with way more features than I needed, and I was desperately seeking a more cost effective simplified alternative. This app saved the day. I’ve already used it on 2 events and will stick with it. It’s a winner.

Restore feature does not work!! Is there an update??? Can only run this on one iPad. Specifically bought this to use on two and I feel like I’m out money now. I was looking for an app for my consignment store that allowed customers to sign in when they are dropping off items so I have record. A few improvements I would like to see: •the ability to add a logo or picture. The background image blurs so it’s not an option to add it there. •as others stated, more control over font and sizing. •being able to sort the answer form to have the most current sign in at the top. Also the ability to remove the date/time column from the answer form. •a longer time for the completion message on the screen and ability to write longer messages without sacrificing size for the font. Very professional and user friendly. Hoping to see an update soon.

I really like this app, and has been a great tool for tracking guests at a trade show. There are however a few more features and options I would like to see to warrant a 5 star review given the $20 price tag I paid to upgrade.1) I would like to be able to change the font and size of the header, questions, and messages. 2) I would also like the ability to create a question where you have the option to select all that apply. 3) I would like to be able to add photos from more sources than just photo stream (ie. camera roll, albums, etc.)4) I would like the option of turning the time stamp on and off.5) I would like the ability to have multiple forms available, not just one form that I have to constantly change depending on the show I’m at. 6)When creating a question and choosing the phone option, the guest will see only a number pad and not a keyboard.7) The ability to arrange the questions in different areas of the screen would be really nice, but not necessary. Please consider these updates to this app and I would gladly make this a 5 Star review. Thanks!

Does what it needs to. Allows easy organization of open house guests. Surprisingly most people are more willing to give phone number and email if it’s on an iPad rather than pen and paper. I don’t know why. If there’s one thing I would like to see is note taking. I would like to be able to write a note next to guest names who might want contacted for more info or maybe that they were not pleasant during open house or whatever the reason for making a note. But other than good app for anyone. Free version is good for your needs. But I plan to purchase upgrade none the less.
