We used Plate IQ for about 11 months and a couple of weeks before our 1 year contract was set to expire, we called Plate IQ to let them know we wouldn't be renewing our agreement. They informed us that we didn't provide enough notice and that they would require us to pay for the entire next year before letting us out of our intial 1 year agreement. We were astonished at the entitlement of Plate IQ and we quickly removed our payment information from their billing platform because of their usncrupulous business practices. They have now taken our "outstanding bill" to collections. It's amazing to me that in 2023 a Software Company would require it's users to pay for an additional year of service because they are not satisfied with said software companies service! THESE TACTICS ARE VERY REMINISCENT OF MERCHANT SERVICES COMPANIES AND YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO WORK WITH IN HANDLING YOUR RESTAURANTS AP NEEDS.

Can’t approve a invoice after recent update

Hi after the recent update I can’t approve any invoices. When I try to swipe on my phone it starts then instantly brings up the bottom menu. Please fix.
