I’m a owner operator. This App has been the single best App I’ve used over the last 5 years or so for trucking. Yes I’ve had some bumps with it, but they were always fixed promptly. I even had a big enough issue that they were in the phone with me and helped me work it out. I use it mainly to keep track of expenses for tax reasons. But I also run reports to see how I’m doing for a given time period. I’m sure there is a lot more I can do with this App. It’s very easy to use and so functional. Thanks guys

Been using the app and desktop back office for a couple years. We(me and my wife)run our small fleet from this platform and it’s just hands down a 1stop shop for managing your fleet. Other good stuff out there but this our go to back office.

Mobile Access Hit or Miss

TL is good, however mobile app is quirky and freezes up on you on the road, no matter what platform or service. Unless you have good WiFi access or max bars on cellular, hard to use it at all, reliably on the road. It’s a simple app, so there must be a fix, but in the 18 months using it, mobile access is extremely hit or miss which can be really frustrating for $30 plus a month. The road is where we need this to work. As an office platform it’s good. Mobile, needs a lot of TLC from developers!
Don’t Buy - Bad Service & Product not reliable

My experience with TruckLogics has been horrible and not so much because of it going down often, where we can’t invoice and get paid. But more so because of the customer service. So rude, will continuously talk over you if you ask a question. I have tried been patient and spoken with managers who have been better mostly. But their customer service is just so bad and makes the experience even worse. Christi is one I spoke with recently and this time I just couldn’t say will speak with manager for maybe coaching opportunity for them.
