Never see thieves like them

They stole any pounds when you leave them to using it for next charge even if you have monthly internet or monthly call, how many times I call them to return that money and they say no problem on your account but when I complain to the government consumers I got that money back because i’ve the right every time. Also I was with them by having Adsl and also bad service. They don’t have any credibility, I gave it up.👉Guys watch out for what they’re doing.

Worst Mobile Service Provider in Egypt

Dumb Thinking
I have used other mobile service providers in Egypt and several other countries. I haven’t experienced worse than Orange and their services. They are the worst by miles! First, they steal your credit with bogus haphazard charges. It happened twice to me. First time they did it they told me you have used 200LE credit in 1 hr! When I complained, they did nothing and kept saying they will look into this problem until I forgot. They did it once again and this time they claim I used my credit for internet and international SMSs, although I already have an active internet bundle that still has 4GB and I never send SMSs, let alone international ones! Their website is ancient and slower than a turtle. Their app is useless and their customer service reps are clowns. For customer service, they force you to use an outdated WhatsApp auto-response system, and even if you manage to get to chat with a live agent, they respond with standard copy-paste responses and quickly accuse you of not responding to hang up on you! When you request escalating to a supervisor, they keep wasting your time and even if you talk to a supervisor they use the same dirty tricks to hang up and not try to resolve the issue. I am fed up with Orange and their dirty games and tricks. I will switch to a different provider with the same phone number. I would advise anyone to avoid Orange by all means. They will steal your balance and you will never get any type of customer service!

Doesn’t show the carryover MBs and Call units

The App is really over the top , but lack some basic features that it’s already present in the other call providers which is to show the carryover data from last month , dialing #136# every time you wanna check your internet consumption and having to make a call to check the call units you have is a long boring process.
