Wish there was a spot I could leave feedback without leaving a permanent review for temporary problems but the app crashes before i can navigate to that feedback section haha. Reinstalled and hard reset my phone 3 times to no avail. Log in and it loads and loads the menu tabs at the bottom of the screen then crashes.

If you are a member of Select Health, you are supposed to be able to get credit for having and using your gym membership. The Personify app and Select Health make it near impossible to be able to register for this reward. This app needs to include access to the benefits and rewards that are a part of our membership and they need to be actually available and not just take you to a blank screen. To my second point, if you pay for a claim through the app IT DOESN’T UPDATE THE CLAIM TO PAID! How? Secondly, if I’m looking for a claim deeper in the claim history and click for it to show more, NOW I HAVE 2 OF EVERY CLAIM making it unnecessarily cumbersome and confusing! Christ on a crutch, fix it!

The app’s, and website for that matter, basic functions like searching for providers and estimating cost are multi-step and typically not successful. In addition, when you log in to the app you often have to log in twice because it will say the session has expired. It should automatically end when the app is closed. Also, services that are not actually available for Colorado are constantly advertised on the app.

I’ve used this app successfully when I first got Select Health as a provider, but the app for the last year or more refuses to stay open after logging in. I’m not the only one experiencing this seeing the other recent reviews, and each dev reply to those comments is the same cookie cutter reply stating it’s been fixed when it hasn’t been, which has also been pointed out by a different recent review. The website still works well, but this mobile app is hot garbage if you can’t even use it. Devs, fix this or remove the app, but don’t just leave an empty promise/lying comment here.
