It seems the app does not have not Zelle, nearly every bank has it so it’s pretty inconvenient to not be able to send or receive money from others. Besides no Zelle the app works fine, really hope alliance gets Zelle soon though.

Alliance Credit Union app I think it’s very easy to use and I don’t have downtime issues. If there is an outage, it doesn’t take them too long to fix it and it’s easy to navigate when having to making payments or transferring money from savings to checking. In reviewing the app, I’d give it 5 stars. But in regards to Alliance CU it’s self, if I could , I would give it a negative star. They really are in it for “profit and not people” You tell me how you can have a slogan that says” we’re not for profit we or for people” and then turn around and charge people $3 a day for a negative balance fee. When you’re already in a bad spot , tell me how that supposed to help your members. Horrible Credit Union.. There are other credit unions that are much better than alliance. Credit Union do not recommend!!!!

Half the time the servers aren’t even active. 6/10 times I log into this app each month the servers are down, there also seems to be no sort of communication on when or if things will be back up. What’s a banking app that doesn’t even let you see your own balance half the time??? I seriously don’t see how hard it is to keep up a server that just shows numbers, the incompetency is clear in whoever runs this app.
