On opening the app a message appears instructing users to update the app. Clicking the box takes one to the app store where there is no new version yet — just the 7 month old one. When you hit “Open” it takes you back to the start up page and the “Please Update” message.

The interface is not perfect, requires double triple entries to just complete one registration. While registering, after entering OTP, it says ‘successfully logged in’ and then asks to log in again. Its these small nuances that makes an app better. Just a suggestion, hope it will not go in vain. At least see what competitors are doing with their app.

This is the worst App I’ve ever experienced in my life. The developers are the worst amongst the App developers in the country. When you open the App it’s pops up Updates Available and when you go to App Store no updates are there. And neither Nepal Telcom nor the app developers Kodiary is bothered to fix it.
