It's an okay app but has a lot of bugs. Still can't get it to show my patient schedule. Crashes and freezes often.

Have use this app for a long time and I've been unhappy with it since the beginning. It has improved and I appreciate the ability to document miscellaneous notes and even prescribe medications. However, so many times the app fails to deliver on its basic functions. Either I can't document properly, or when I'm documenting I can't edit the text properly, or it reports multiple errors. Many times it is not allowed me to properly prescribe medications and has on at least two occasions induced errors in the prescriptions. It is unreliable and I am often uncertain as to whether it is worthwhile to continue using it. Unfortunately it is the only option for Primesuite EMR users. With so many better options on the market these days is about time to change EMRs.

I've gone through at least 2-3 previous versions of the mobile app for PrimeSuite and this version is by far the best! I always wished you could do more with the preview versions (e.g., send prescriptions electronically, look at patient profile photos to remind myself who the patient was, and other things). You can finally do all those things and more with this version! It's not just viewing your schedule or just viewing documents anymore!

Greenway EHR and Prime mobile are 3rd rate medical record systems that the company puts minimal effort into with trivial updates that bring no increase in usability. After coming from using epic, cerner, eCW, and athena net in the past I can say without a doubt that this company is the worst one. Work flow is horrible, lag time, 20 clicks to achieve one thing, system crashes, and poor customer support are rampant. If you are looking for a system to chart on or use in your clinic or hospital system I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Charting with pen and paper or even rock and chisel would lead to less headaches than this system will cause you and your health system.
